    Was this in Langtons?

I heard something about one in there and sent an email to Langtons looking for some info on it as I could not see anything online about it.

    They never replied.

Anyone going to Rush tonight? It'll be nteresting to hear what Andrew Lynch makes of Sizing Australia's weight in the Cross Country. He seems overpriced imo with the 2 Mullins horses having question marks over them. Would have him closer to favouritism.

Anyone at the one in Stillorgan last night?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,838 ✭✭✭Nulty

I was there. Davy Russel said the Triumph is a ****e race and he has no time for it. Couldn't make out if he just meant this year or not. I think he feels the same about the bumper - not real national hunt races.

Anyone going to the one in Cafe En Seine on Thursday? Probably pop along myself since it's free and I'm not in work.

Anyone know what age it is in there? And roughly how much is a pint (supposedly it's a joke)?

It'd generally be 21's and you'd be looking at 5.15 a pint if memory serves me correctly.
Who's lined up to attend as a matter of interest??

Brady's of Shankill - tonight from 6.30pm. Hearing rumours Colm Murphy is the special guest they've lined up. Hardly ever does any of these gigs, apparently - might be worth checking out. €20 on the door, free booze, food and PP bets... http://www.johnbradygroup.ie/index.php/bradys-of-shankill/cheltenham-preview-night/

    Gordon Elliott
    Robbie Power
    The Donn

Between the free pint, food and bets, it's only costing you a fiver to hear them - pretty good value.

€5.15 is workable, 21's is a pain as my mate is only 19.
