Assuming it's in game, its what he is now. There are tools you can get to see how they'll develop but in game are current, or at worst, very recent.

- Encouraged AI Teams to be more pro-active to offload players who they aren't going to register for the League.

Anyone know how many matches you need to play a player for him not to threaten to leave every 5 minutes.
Its starting to piss me off because i've started him in my last 7 games and he's made 16 appearances for the club

Usually I dont back down. My decision etc, be a pro and get on with your job, will not be giving into your demands. Refuse their transfer request, dump them into the reserves and make them a backup to the first team.

Some will get over it, others wont but they will respect the manager or rot for the rest of their contract!
