Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Due upgrade, want to unblock

Hi I'm due an upgrade but don't actually want a new phone. However my partner needs a new phone but is on another network. Can I get the upgrade and get it unblocked for her ? Obviously the network won't unblock it for me but I could get it done in one of them Chinese shops?

The network generally will unblock phones for you. Just give them a call, and they'll give you an unlock code. I've never heard of them not allowing this.
