Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    there's so much negativity nowadays with most providers, I thought I would post this to show something different.



    cable installed 30 sep 2002
    dad still keeps Utvip (just in case he says)

    Wednesday 26 feb 2003...first time since we got it..no connection.

    4:40 pm phoned support.....we were told they would look in to it...
    4:45 pm phone call from Chorus..we discovered the problem, we hope to have it restored to you inside an hour.

    Hung up phone, looked at modem..4 lights + activity light :)

    logged on

    4:49 call from Chorus..Everything should be ok now, please try.

    It's great that there are some people who are happy with the situation. Unfortunately the vast majority of Chorus customers can't get cable internet or any other form of broadband.
