Exchange 2003 and shared resources

We have exchange 2003 and i've been asked to setup shared resoures, i.e. to allow all users to book a meeting room / projector, etc. I can find out how to do this in 2007 and 2010, but it doesn't appear to be able to do this for 2003. Can I do this easily with 2003? If yes, can you direct me please to a site that explains…

Have a look at public folders - you can setup a shared calandars e.g. Projector Bookings | Meeting Room bookings etc...

Create a mailbox for a room etc and use the Auto Accept Agent.
