Anyone get the livingsocial....

    Email today for buneos aires grill in Dublin, then click on it amNd it says the deal does not exist??? The email only came in at 12.30 and even if it was all bought upitwould usually say instead of saying it didn't exist??

    My wife bought a deal on LivingSocial almost 6 months ago. Because of demand the hotel was unable to deal with all of the people who took up the deal within the timeframe on the deal.
    After a number of unsuccessful attempts to book the hotel she contacted LivingSocial to get a refund and has been told that it is company policy not to issue refunds.
    She has been passed from call centres in the US to the UK and back to the US all with no success.
    Our feeling at this stage is that they engage in a process of attrition - by making it as awkward as possible to get a refund they hope you will just go away.

    Did you call the call centre in the UK or the US?
