Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    SugarCRM, vTiger CRM... Price is zero which seems very reasonable to me.
    There are lots more open source crm but those are two that spring to mind.

    On the paid side, SalesForce and HighRise, many more. That's a good place to start your research from.

    I've not used sugar but heard it is very good. Have experience with the Sage CRM package. Been impressed, always trying to improve. that said it's a competitive market and most solutions already mentioned here would be very good I'm sure.
