    just finished 5th yr n thinkin of makin a start on my special topic, any interesting suggestions? preferably irish?

    what about an account of one of the ira ambushes during the war of independence 1919-21??

    there was plenty in cork (mainly tom barry) to keep you entertained.....;)

    Pick something completly off course.
    Make sure it has absolutly nothing to do with anything importent in the course.

    i did mine on the history of the rise and fall of the luftwaffe 1933-44

    pretty easy actually

    just make sure you learn it word for word

    Hehe I did mine on that :) My advice is to do one on something that interests you, makes it more fun to do and easier to learn.

    I did IBM and the Nazis

    Was very interesting actually. Thats the key to doing well in the special topic. Make sure its something your interested in and youll fly through it.
