I have heard that wholegrain bread with "wheat flour" named as the first ingredient is not a true wholegrain product.

Every "wholegrain" bread in the supermarket has "wheat flour" as first ingredient.

Is this true and why is it not as good for you?

Countless pointless treads on this here already. Only solution is to give it up for a few weeks and see how you feel.

Don't mean to be blunt but this will just go round and round and round and get no where.

I don't "feel" any different regardless of which bread I eat.
just want to know the nutritional facts.
