Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Trained in Morton Stadium there...grand auld spot..decent setup...some nice runner chicks and all...although some of them need too eat some burgers :P

    Handy to know its there and its pay as you go.

    I've still got DOMS today (was just in my back yesterday but now in my arms too today) from whatever I did on Sat evening and my no. 1 suspect for the cause of them is those battling ropes:pac:

    (Other possible suspects include benching, blow drying my hair or dancing but I defo think it's the ropes!)
