Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

2008 Fabia door mirror adjustment problems

    Both door mirrors on my 2008 Fabia are not adjusting as they should (their manual)

    When I move the knob/lever inside, they only move a tiny bit.

    Any ideas on what could be wrong and best solution to fix.

    Mirror is adjusted via three wire cables, which are linked directly to lever inside.


    All help greatly appreciated.

    Can you move the mirror glass with your hand?

    Yes. I also checked to see if maybe a cable was corroded and therefore seized, but their all moving ok.
