Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Hi im currently doing physical therapy part time but wanted to do more strenght and conditioning/sports science what sort of options part time are they or am i better off doing it full time somewhere? Thanks.

Setanta college run one of the best course in Ireland. Can be done online or full time at lit in thurles. Quite pricey though
