Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hey guys,

    We're running a satellite to the Ladbrokes Killarney Festival on Friday 19th September in the casino.
    We have 10 seats guaranteed and one seat added free in this event. Details can be found on www.theeglinton.com or by emailing info@theeglinton.com

    1. Who is running the event: The Eglinton Casino, Galway
    2. The purpose of the event: Commercial
    3. Date and Location of event: 19th September in The Eglinton
    4. Registration and Start time of event: reg from 7.30pm, start time 8.30pm
    5. Any prerequisites: must be a member. Easy done on night with photo ID
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number: Can be bought in the club any time before event. Max 100
    7. Type of Tournament: NLH rebuy
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc: €75 entry and €50 rebuys
    9. Cost of registration: €5
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: 100%
    11. Any guaranteed prize pool: 10 seats guaranteed and one added free
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels: unlimited rebuys until first break
    13. Starting Chips: 4,000
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts: 4,000 rebuy and 5,000 add on
    15. Blind levels: all usual levels
    16. Blind timeframes: 20 mins
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash: depends on end prizepool
    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: yes, excellent croupiers
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules: yes
    20. Is there a tournament director: yes
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: TD has final say in any dispute

    Ok before I get myself into more trouble, I'll apologise, wish you the best of luck next week and keep my mouth shut. :)

    I'd rather get a stack and have a big blowout than just sit and fold like I normally do. It's just the jealousy talking before!
