Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Trailer looks good... Says its coming to DVD and video in 2003 at the end.

    One of the characters in the trailer, looks shockingly like Aki from the Final Fantasy flick.

    Some of the animation is computer generated, some of it is manga style. I'm assuming that since theyre using so many different directors/animators, theyre just going to be completely different stories, set on the matrix background.

    Well the first part "The Second Renaissance Part I" has been released on the above site. Lovely animation. It's given me that Matrix buzz all over again, which I guess is the whole point! Roll on March and the second Animatrix..

    You wouldn't mind if you had uncapped broadband :(

    The Matrix is a fantastic franchise...hopefully there will be many more years to come of it...unlike LOTR and STAR WARS :confused:

    Well they were talking too about a full lenght anime prequel but maybe thats what the Animatrix turned into.

    They should maybe give it a brak after part three for a while. Come back later then to do a prequel or something.
