Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I recently platinumed this wonderful game, so before I move on to Brotherhood, can I still download & play chapters 12 & 13?

Yup. I actually haven't played them but I did download them recently. You should just be able to select the DLC missions from the start menu. The missions have no bearing on the platinum, so you can just play them at will
