Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    To do that you'd have to be either really strong or fairly light... and for a lad when after saying ''i go to the gym'' doesn't know the answer to ''how much can you lift'' .. I'd say you're not the first option :L

    Well how much do you lift is a VERY general question .You could have been talking about bench, squat, deadlift Preacher curls Etc.. I'm 73 KG at 11% bf .Benching is all about technique not strength .

    I think it's a comedy about a guy who finds a way inside John Malkovich's brain and...I don't know the rest. But it has,like,95% on rotten tomatoes and is always getting 5 stars
