Here is this week's line up on the Saturday Night Show:

Fair City Star, Ciara O'Callaghan will chat to Brendan about her role as Yvonne Doyle and her plans for the future.

Paul Diver tells Brendan how he acquired the Sand House Hotel in Rossnowlagh, Co Donegal for €650,000 at an auction of distressed properties. Paul was manager of the hotel for over 20 years and by purchasing the hotel, he managed to save 50 - 60 (seasonal) jobs in his local area.

Treasa Walsh, mother of the late, Gearóid Walsh who died in Australia following an assault, talks about her son and the recent trial.

More details to follow in due course :)

There will be music from London band The Maccabees with their single “Pelican”

They are decent enough, to be fair.

With a line up that bad, they are better of not releasing the guests. Its not are going to gain viewers after they read the line up.

After they had Stephen Ireland's girlfriend on twice, I was expecting a dead horse to be flogged one of these weeks.

Another RTE Canteen Guest tonight is Norah Casey from Dragons Den.

She will be on to plug the new series of that show.

    Very poor line up.

Brendan should ask Ciara O'Callaghan about her nude role in Spacejacked... (dont think it was featured in the Oscar nominations)..

<MODSNIP: Please don't post links for sites that contain nudity>

It is a nice story but this guy was on with Sybil and Martin on the Morning Show during the week :(.

In fairness, its a dodgy time to be going into the hotel industry, but then again he has been manager for 20 years, so I suppose he knows what he is doing.

And that's the standard of programme this story belongs on.

It's nice, but it's not big enough to warrant a full Primetime Interview.

There are just picking news stories during the week and getting them on the show, it's a sorry state when you think about it.
No money to get decent guests on any more.
