Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Tracking info says package delivered but its not here?

    I ordered some stuff off a secure website and i was tracking the info with UPS, it says, delivered 18/05/2010 12:18, and that it was signed. but it has not got here yet, is this a common error or has it been delivered some were else?

    Contact UPS and ask for a copy of the signature.

    Edit> thinking about it see what UPS says as they may only deal with the sender who is the one who has a contract with them. Anyway best tell the sender and see what they say. If its signed for and not arrived its been signed for by someone else, does happen but might be a neigbour you know?

    Certainly not normal, either contact UPS yourself or let the website do it on your behalf as they may get a faster response.
