UEFA voucher refund

For those of us who got vouchers for knock out rounds, when will we get our money refunded?

From UEFA webiste...a bit vague at best. Although to be honest I'm with Ulster Bank so was hoping it hadn't already gone through and been lost in th system.

We hope that you enjoyed the matches in the 8 beautiful stadia of UEFA EURO 2012 and that you had a wonderful time in Poland and Ukraine.
If you purchased Follow My Team Tournament tickets or conditional K.O.-Stage tickets via the ticket sales of one of the participating associations and your team did not qualify for the final or the respective match, you are entitled to receive a refund for the matches your team did not play.
We are currently in the process of preparing all data and will start refunding the respective amounts to your credit card from 18th July 2012.
If you paid for your tickets via bank transfer, we need to collect your bank information to be able to refund the money. Therefore a new online form will be activated on the ticket portal on18th July which will allow you to enter your bank details securely. We kindly ask you to read the instructions provided on that page carefully and to provide complete details. The better the quality of your data the faster we will be able to reimburse your money.
All fans that are entitled to receive a reimbursement will be contacted separately via e-mail.

Still get goose bumps listening to your first video. Atmosphere was unbelievable.

I still didn't hear anything about that thread I tried to start ages ago. The thread I linked above didn't get much use either.

It was amazing alright, never heard the anthem sung like that, not in old lansdowne, new one or croker
Shame about the thread - looking at the piece carlop posted, theres plenty more where that came from. We were in a large group staying in Bydgoscsz and had to train it back after each game - after the spain game, few of the lads went walkabouts and found a dingy little bar off the main square where they proceeded to record a great video of the "hokey cokey"... dont get me started on George Clooney beers...or midnight frisbee on the astro turf with local students

I've yet to be reimbursed and never got that second seperate email

My brother is the same. We both paid on the same prepaid mastercard. Would there be a problem trying to put a credit back on one of those?

A friend of ours got refund back to his VISA card, but again never got the seperate email.

And then another friend who paid on his mothers credit card got the email, but they asked for bank details instead of just putting it back on the card

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it?

Anyone get the refund back on their card AND the email requesting bank details and what's the the best email address to get on to them about this? Thanks
