    Hi All

I was doing a bootcamp in Coill Dubh but that has finished now.

Does anyone know of any bootcamp / circuit training etc. in the Clane / Allenwood or even Naas areas?

Hi there, Scoil Mhuire in Clane does bootcamp through it's night classes program.
The summer term of the classes is starting up this Monday coming from 7-8pm for 5 weeks. Costs €30 for the 5 weeks.
Check out www.clanesm.com for more info.

Had a look at the academy, looks amazing, but its pretty expensive to be honest, anyone have any direct experience of it, would love to hear more!

Yes trained there for about 6 months and it's a very good gym. Can't vouch for the boot camp classes personally but know a good few who did them and they had really good reports and results.

Value is in how many classes you attend and the results you get.
