00 toyota corolla abs pump wont shut off!

Heres a good one for ye...my 00 corolla 1.4vvti the abs pump will not shut off even with the key out of the ignition..i have to disconnect the battery in order to shut it down. Any ideas what the problem is? if i pull the abs fuse that shuts it down okay..im not sure where the relay for the pump is or if there is one at…
