did anyone try these, they come in a box, complete with roll papers and filter attached
well they are tubes with no tobacco in them.
they give you the tobacco in little rolls, so you dont have to measure.
they work out at about 5 euro for 20.
got a sample off the girl next door, they are going into shops this week.
has anyone else tried them, they are easy to roll, but i dont think the savings are just, as i messed up some papers trying to fit them on the machine.

i was smoking these in germany for ages it's only a small saving over here tho

but over there i paid about€5 for a 50 gram pouch and €3 for 200 of those tubes
they are great because yo u can stock up and roll 15-20for the day and stick them in a metal tin or something

    @ captain morgan
they are closer to JPS red depends on what exact type of tobacco you get

    Thought JPB were Irish only?

I'd be interested enough in trying these out. To the OP do you know when they are being officially launched?

    JPB are probably irish only
but the John player Brand is fairly big internationally
known as JPS or John Player Special (Red Silver and green )

    Hmm, sounds interesting.

I have a load of Rizla Concept tubes with a tube filling machine. However, at time of purchase, I didn't realise that it's pretty useless with the rolling tobacco we're used to - I believe they need dryer tobacco for that purpose.

So that JP stuff might be useful if it was possible to buy the tobacco alone without the tubes.

No they are not allowed to advertise ?, so i suppose its word of mouth. you have to ask for them,
but i get the feeling that they are leftover jp red,
    that didnt make the sales.
im thinking that once the reserves are gone, there gone lol.
and i tried rolling tabacco, it dont work, just rips the paper.

the only place i know that sells them is..the newsagents in the shopping centre in drogheda

I can just see Captain Morgan being blacklisted and his picture being circulated around shops in Dublin for pestering shopkeepers about JPB Rollies!:pac::pac:

We got JP gold in recently, they look like knock-off marlboro lights tbh, they're roughly the same strength.

Just sent them an email there.

I only smoke the rollies myself because I prefer a quick smoke so with fags I end up throwing away a lot as I hate smoking a topper.
If someone sold smaller fags I'd be delighted.

I'll have to give them a go to see what their like.
They emailed me back a list of shops in Cork that stock them, there's 44 in total but I don't have a clue how to upload an Excel file so if any one in Cork want to know just pm me.

    Is this them?

Tempted to give these a go but i'm not sure about the tobacco. The only JP brand i've ever liked is JPS Black, haven't tried Red in about 15 years and never liked Blue(too mild for my tastes).
