Paint for an outdoor floor

Hi, I've been asked to paint a mural on a beer garden floor in the near future. It's not really protected from the elements and obviously it will be walked on. I'm not sure whether the floor is brick, stone, concrete or wood; but would anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of paint I should use? Thanks in advance

Hi,

my father uses international yachting paint for out door floors, it's last years, but each colour is expensive so you would be limited.
