Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi i am willing to give advice to people who want help with a diet .I can advise you on what to eat more on/what to eat less on.Also telling you why you must cut down/why you need more.Just tell me what you have on a adverage day and ill do my best to help.

    woudl like to know how you came u pwith the diet Idea, this isn't going to be a 'go to weightwatchers' thing is it?

    well first no this is no a weight watchers thing
    secondly thought it would be nice to share advice
    thirdly 2-3 cup a day would suffice (no suger that is)(with suger 1-2 MAX)
