Ok folks, about time we had one of these for 2012.

Damien McGrane playing a stormer in Morocco at the moment. :D

Led the first two round and at suspension of third round play for the evening is at -12 through 10 holes !

Here's hoping for a couple of more birdies tomorrow morning and a really steady final round (I reckon something around 2 under) should see him pick up his 2nd European Tour title...? :))

    C'mon Dazza !

    :pac:

Oh...and let's not forget Shane Lowry and Mark Murphy who are also playing well in the Hassan II Trophy too.

Cant remember if it ever happened before but it would be something special if both US and Euro tour events were won by Irishmen on same day. Gmac has a great chance, as do McGrane/Hoey.

McGrane suffering off the box the last few holes, parring well though.

I'd love to see a double, with McDowell sinking a similar putt like he did in 2010 at the Chevron to keep TW at bay.

    Hoey will win this.

Donaldsons round started unreal, looks like he won't make the 59 now though.

Birdie birdie for Damo. As long as one of em wins it'll be great i.e. Damo or Micky.

    Great finish in prospect here.

Free drop for Hoey followed by a hail mary pitch stone dead, looking like his day.

Paul McGinley showing there's life in the old dog yet. Currently holds a share of the halfway lead at the BMW International.

Sickner for Shane Lowry who triple bogeyed his final hole to miss the cut by 3 shots.

McGrane will be around for the weekend. Thornton is one outside the current cut but still on the course.

It would be great if Paul could win this. He's having his best season since 2008, so it's definitely not out of the question.

Great comeback by McGrane yesterday after shooting 76 in the first round.
