Sony has just released a laser pico-projector in Asia and the U.S.
It's still not available in the E.U. for laser safety issues (E.U. red tape).

It can connect wirelessly to your phone or computer. It can produce a large bright HD 120 inch screen on your wall or ceiling. I'm sure we'll see more of these projectors in the future. Apple has already produced many patents showing smartphones with embedded projectors although they haven't come to fruition yet, but there are rumours it will be in the iPhone7 next year. It will be interesting to see how this product sells in the coming months. I'll probably get one as i'm currently overseas.

Price will be about 400 Euro.
