    There €980 on samsyerman JoeA3.

Tried it. It's one thing advertising it at a seemingly good price, but what's the point when they don't have it in stock!

For whatever reason, this particular set is hard to come by, even the Sony Centre sold me their last one in stock.

Anyhow, when you factor in the 5 year warranty (~ €150-€200 worth) and the Blueray player (about €200), the prices aren't a million miles apart.

Fantastic TV. SD (Sky), DVD, HD (Sky HD) and BluRay is all beautiful and imaculate.

Done a small bit of gaming and I can see phosphor trails when playing in a dark room but if I didn't know about them I doubt I would have spotted them

Currently watching Batman Begins (upscaled to 1080P through my DVD recorder) and it looks awesome. Aint bought a BluRay player yet (was about to buy a PS3 up north Friday but decided against it); probably going to pick up a Samsung BDP-2500 instead. Sky SD also looks really well (also upscaled through the recorder). Only got a Wii connected for gaming but it looks fine through component.

TV Satisfaction: Happy enough till last night - pic's not great with my free satellite receiver (Lidl), but it's connected by SCART, so I forgive it. Upscaled DVDs (Pioneer DV-410V, also RS Belfast) are great - can't complain at all. The feeling of being really impressed, though, came last night when I connected my new XBox 360 and ran through the intros of Dead Space, Mass Effect & Halo 3 - these look genuinely stunning. I was alone but was grinning like a fool. It seems this TV can really impress with the right source material.

Very happy with RS. Collected my VSX-818, DV-410V & NSP-110 set in person and the guys were all decent and well humoured, despite not having stopped for lunch on the day I visited because of a delivery coming in. Delivery of the TV was great - I helped the driver unload the box - it was really well secured in the truck: upright (as it's supposed to be), and strapped up nice & tight.

More stuff coming from RS soon. Well happy with both the TV & RS.

Have yet to test BlueRay or full 1080p (highest I have atm is 1080i through xBox component lead), but still image is very good from xbox. DVD looks very good and I am surprised by the quality of SD digital considering what a lot of reviews say. The sound is lacking but I have hooked it up to a set of speakers.

Power City customer care were brilliant and were one of the main reasons I purchased from them. That and it was the Irish Model with DTT at a very good price! :D

Good price for top of the line, WiFi and USB connectivity works great, it even told me I had a firmware update available when I turned it back on and downloaded it!

The Ambilight is pretty cool too, I'll have to get HD and a blu ray now though, haha.

I had to return this TV. LED backlit in low range is not the choice. The technology isn't there yet. Not like LCD, which is almost completed technology now.

Had backlight bleeading in four edges. Horrible sound from back light. Slim but not light. Only good thing is this TV has exceptional contrast and
    gorgeous look.
