Does anyone have any ideas why my download speed has dropped to less than 2Mb where the upload has remained untouched if not increased?
Would it just be congestion stuff? I get almost 3Mb upload and I used to get 3-4Mb Download but the download has really gone to pants... I opened a thread on the forums and rang up but they're just trolling me hard to be frank |

My upload has always been better, than my download. Things have only recently evened out.
I remember when I could barely manage to browse, being able to upload to Megaupload @ close to 400kb/s.. Oddness. |
