Hello all,

It has been brought to our attention that a person has appeared before an Irish court in relation to an incident involving Boards.ie in 2010. This case is being taken by the DPP.

For obvious reasons we are not at liberty to discuss the details of this case and we cannot allow speculation about the case on the site either. I'm sure you can appreciate the sensitivity of our position and this also serves to avoid anyone else becoming involved in the case.

For clarity, for legal reasons we will not be answering questions about this and wont be allowing discussion of it on this site. We will keep you informed as best we can at the appropriate times and will discuss this with you when the case has been heard and resolved.
