NCT retest question

My Rover 25 back for an nct retest on saturday, wiper linkage and steering fluid leak fixed. My question is do I need to take out the child seat this time, I did for the first test but as it's only external this time do I need to bother? Thanks

Nope. If it's just visual inspection of those two faults being fixed you don't need to.
