Hellooooooo???? Is there anybody in this well????

Questions for FB if he does shows up :p

Have you any aspirational poker goals beyond making loads of cash?

What are the three most common mistakes you see from tournie players at cash tables??

Have you a full-time job these days as I've spotted you out for lunch at the eateries in the vicinity of my place of work recently and I didn't think you got up that early?:p

If you were down to your case €5k which would you choose
    a) grind it out at low level cash tables to get yourself back in the game?
    b) play at higher levels and take your chances?
    c) Get a backer for a period and continue to play at the higher levels?

Would you recommend any pro for the advice they give either online or in books etc?

How big a donkey is Tom McEvoy?

How much of your profit comes from one or two really bad players at your table as opposed to generally weak players would you say?

Do you stake people? If so how do you choose the level at which you back them and how do you decide if they are good enough?

It's the very early stages of a well structured tournie and there are two limpers (average €500 game tournie players in Dublin) to your button.

Do you call, raise or fold with the following hands?

    J9s
    66
    AJo
    JJ

Any comments why would be nice too.

What online games are you playing?

Party NLHE and PLO and Tribeca same.
    What stakes?
    1/2 - 2/4 - and 3/6 right now.
    How many tables?
    four normally
Are you running good or bad?
Good right now, really good. I think I might even be playing good, which is pleasant.
Do you have a big enough bankroll for these stakes?
    Yes, plenty.

    Family Guy or South Park?

They are both good teams. Family Guy

What are the 3 most important rules for playing online cash games?

    1. Just because I have been raising does not mean that he is playing back at me light.
    2. Check-minraise = set
    3. Dont bluff calling stations
What makes you uncomfortable about the table you are at? (no refs to playing beyond bankroll - just ur normal table)

Being deep with Samoleous having position on me.
What is the most common mistake that you see and punish in online cash?
Oh thats a tough one ... perhaps a combination of ppl playing small pots with big hands (like flopping a set and checking the flop) and big pots with weakish hands (like over protecting top pair).
What is the sound of one hand clapping?
Im doing it right now ... can you hear ?

If you sit down with a full buy in and get KK on your first button and raise it up. UTG limper calls, who you haven't played with before. Flop is 269r. You bet 2/3 pot, UTG calls. Turn 3r. You bet 1/2 pot and get rasied. Do you pay off a set every time or fold? (or do you check the turn..!?)

Is there a level of play in NLH, quantifiable by a blind level on the Internet (eg, party 10/20, FT 50/100) which you think you can't beat in the long run or are you confident you can beat them all given a proper bankroll?

Would you like to see poker in the Olympics?

    Anybody who isnt you ;).

I dunno, I like Daniel N, and I think Raymer is a great guy.
and who do you think your most like
No idea .... Dan Harrington probably hehehe.
How did you get into poker
I started playing when I was 10 or so. The local older kids used to destroy me at strip deck 5-card draw and 7-card stud.

    I like em both.
Do you ever get bored with Poker?
Not really, there are always higher levels.
How often do you play (hours per day/ days per week)
Prob about 10-15 hrs a week I guess.
Do you feel pressure when faced with a tough decision on the table or do you think you can cope with all decisions based on past experience?

Tough decisions are still tough, but I dont feel pressure about it. Experience and repetition helps a lot, for sure. Also having a proper bankroll helps too.

I dont know. I'm a fairly good hand reader I guess.

what are your favourite biscuits and do you prefer them with tea or coffee?
Chocolate Hob Nobs ... no question, they are the best biscuit ever. Put them in the fridge for extra effect. I am a coffee drinker, so coffee is an easy answer.

How did you get in to poker?
I've always played games, since I was very young, all through college and afterwards. I played a lot of card games too, and poker was always a feature. I never played for much money at the time (mostly cos I didnt have any). Poker became big and onto the bandwagon I jumped.
What element of your game to do you feel has contributed most to your success?
    My logical reasoning I guess.
Give a short opinion on TLS (Tourney life Syndrome)?
I have no idea what this is.
What attributes do you think makes a complete player?
He's gotta be so macho, he's gotta be big and strong, with love to turn me on.
Have you ever gone busto and what was the cause of it and how did you deal with it?
I went busto only once - when I first started online poker, I lodged $50, I worked that up to $130 and then lost it all. I dealt with it by lodging another $50. I have never put a single cent more into online poker than this.
Besides NL Holdem what other form of poker would you feel that you’re good at?
I play PLO and I used to play a lot of PLO/8.
If you had to play a 9 handed deep stack cash games with 8 other players from here ,what 8 would you least rather have on your table?
    8 ... jebus.
Pillow, HJ, Gholi, flipper, sharky ... thats enough. Who the hell wants to play a deep stacked cash game with other good players?
Where did the name Fuzzbox come from?
It came from Alabama with a banjo on its knee

What percentage of your winnings is actual winnings, by this I mean do you view winnings as just more bankroll OR do you buy yourself something nice for the weekend (%?)
I take out 1k everytime I win 2k. But recently I took out a big chunk of my roll to build onto my house. In total, I've taken out 80% of my winnings to date I guess. I wanted it to be 50% but needs must.

I've only played in the SE and the Fitz. They are the same as far as I could see.
Whick of these players would be the greatest striker ever to play football .

I must be boring, because I dont have one.
Who on the boards has the biggest ego IYO?. ( I have a list of 212 and can't decide between em)
Thats a million $ question. Hehe. There is nothing like success to breed ego. I must decline to answer this on medical grounds.
If you dog someone who is a really nice person do you feel any remorse or do you think ' why were you in my way' (guess who that is:-)
No remorse .... I've been dogged enough times thank you very much.
Which of the following would you pick as an opponent if you had to get involved in a physical fight with. A boxer, A rugby player a Karate expert ,a wrestler OR a Poker
    player..
A poker player. The rest might hurt me. I'd prolly pick either a skinny one that I could beat, or a huge one that couldnt move.

    Hi Fuzzbox,

is poker your sole source of income?
    Hi Stuntman,
No, I have a real job.
do you impose rules on yourself in relation to bankroll/limits and if so, what are they? do you break your own rules?
Yes I do. I like to have 20 buyins for the game I play. I have broken it, but not by much (I tried 5/10 with 18k for example).
what's the softest poker network in your opinion and why?
I have no idea, I tend to stick with one or two, rather than spread myself over all the sites. I play on Party still and Tribeca. Party games are great right now. I dont know why, I guess all the 12232132 tabling 19yr old americans left.
do you do any sportsbetting and what's your opinion on it generally?
Not really, but I did consider doing an arbitrage thing for a while. I got bored of it when it looked harder than I fancied.
is wearing a blazer with gold buttons over designer jeans just sad or really, really cool?

Old enough to remember the 80s and young enough to not remember the 70s.
What got you into Poker to begin with?
    I did this earlier.
How was your progression from beginner to winning player, was there any meaningful event that opened your eyes??
I won pretty much from the start, being extremely disciplined. I started out playing limit poker which is all about discipline. I won from the start playing NLHE too, but then I read Super System .... and trust me, it doesnt work at low stakes capped, online games :).
Reading Reubens book "how good is your pot limit holdem" was the real clicking point for me. I was playing $.25/.50 at the time and after reading that book I raced up through the stakes. I also found 2+2 around the same time and started posting there. That was a big help also.
Who do you think are the top 3 or 5 posters on 2+2 currently?
I dont read/post there as much as I used to. I used to like El D but I think he doesnt contribute much anymore. MDMA is really good, and I like Grimstarr cos he is interesting. viciouspenguin is very good and I've played against him and he is a good player. Punter123 is a good poster and a good player too. TheWorstPlayer and Ghazban are also good players and posters.
