my cold water bathroom tap is very stiff, is there any irish website that sells the screw in insert or cartridge, im not sure what ya call it. i was looking at a few youtube videos and it seems the way to fix it

Might be easier and probably quicker to go to your nearest Plumbing supplies with a picture of the tap and buy the part there.

And bring the head of your tap with you to make sure it fits the cogs on the new spindle you are buying
