Folks assuming you will be setting up again for 2013. For the swim bike run challenge we have set it up on googledocs for the last 2 years and it is very easy to edit and maintain. Plus with revision history it can be revived easily enough if someone makes a balls of it. Is it a route you would like to take? I'll happily facilitate the set up.

Thanks shotgunmcos. Personally I'm happy enough to stick with our existing format, it hasn't caused a problem to date and seems to work well. If others feel differently and would like to change to your suggestion that's fine by me too.
One addition I would suggest however is a column for "distance of most recent swim", eg 2km etc, it would make me look at others people's numbers more often than I do currently. Just an idea.

got lazy in christmas run up, didnt make the 400 mark. happy with the year though, this log was very handy.
the googledocs thing works well on the running and tri forum alright, i'd be in favour of that, less messing with tables (once that was the consensus here)
