A slight Christmas day accident happened and the little lads new xbox game (EA title) got a lovely big scratch rendering it unreadable... Xbox was moved while turned on unknowning the untold damage that would occur!!

Ive read online that you can sent the disc to EA with a 10 sterling postal order and they'll send out a replacement.
    Has anyone ever done this?
Any help appreciated... Need to replace asap as you can imagine!
    Thanks and happy christmas

Hey, can you please give me more info how you corresponded with them?
What email address did you use / did you send anything or just email?
    Thanks

You could try bringing it to GAME and have their disc cleaner clean it.
Even if you can get to the main menu it would be something,

You could then rent a copy or get a lend for a day, and install it to the HDD
