Hi i worked for a caompany for approx 3 years. Part of the deal was they would pay 10% of my wage into a pension fund i.e. i get 40k p.a. they would pay an extra 4k into a pension fund for me. During my employment there this never happened but when i left they started to make the payments and it was agrees that they would pay all monies owed on a monthly basis. They have now contacted me saying they can no longer make the payments and i am owed approx 4900 from them.

Can i do anything to get this money or does there claim of inability to pay mean that i am basically left high and dry!!!
