    Cool, great post, thanks.

It's on YouTube on the "machinmaprime Channel" if you search for it.
Just click on the channel, and then on the "Subscribe" button.

Each episode will show up on your YouTube page as they are ready.

    Easy !

First two webisodes are now up on for anyone interested.

Yeah just watched episode 2 now, very good effects.
I liked the virtual raptor thing too.

How do they afford this, they won't make the money back on YouTube ?

Looking at the end of the webisode it says SyFy will air a 2 hour movie in February.

But is that the same movie we are watching now I wonder ?

Maybe they are waiting to see the audience on YouTube to decide on a new series ?

I'd have thought that the very fact it is on youtube (and the fact it was shot over a year ago) pretty much puts the last nail in the coffin regarding any future episodes beyond what is already shot I am afraid.

Well, that was much better than I was expecting.

The CGI looked great, albeit on a Laptop rather than TV but looked great.

    Looking forward to webisode 3.

EDIT: I'll admit to feeling slightly in awe when Galactica's name plate passed by the shuttle window and the original score kicked in!

EDIT 2: As I watch it now (just before midnight on Friday), episode 1 one ly has 600 views and episode 2 only has 300. That must be a spectacular disappointment even at this early stage.

The YouTube counter is way behind the view-count, always has been.

You can check in the morning, could be 3,000 views or 3,000,000 views !

Yeah they have the same delays on YouTube with the really popular videos.

The counter only shows 300 views and every second comment is "why only 301 views ?" or "nobody is watching this video"

why was this consigned to the web - i thought there was a big buzz about this coming to tv not so long ago?

did the failure of caprica bury it?

is this the end for the bsg universe?

what a pity, for three seasons that show was the as good as sci-fi gets

Jeez, IIRC man I think it was a year ago at least now that we knew it would be web only.

Crazy amount of lens flare effects to conseal how much of the interior is green-screen, the level of which they tried to get away with is nothing short of comical.
