Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I've been playing guitar for 3 years (yes I know I'm considered as a baby when it comes to playing/ experience) and I'm self-taught, which has blessings and curses, it's main one being I find it really difficult to play in front of people because I've never had anyone to tell me how I play etc.

    So then i thought I'd do some research to see if there were any, I'm not so sure how to phrase it but "guitar clubs" in Galway, particularly for young people (i'm sixteen) where people just meet up, mess around playing guitar etc and i can't seem to find any, because they probably don't exist. Do they??

    p.s. this sounded less cheesier in my head

    You might like to try 'Play' in the Cellar on Monday nights. Friendly bunch that will be supportive.
