Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

FAI Season Ticket

    So on Monday i bought an Rep. of Ireland Season Tickets. 1 Adult €150.
    Today ticketmaster rang me to say that I had actually selected a family ticket (although my email confirmation says I got an Adult) and say I will now have to pay extra for the seat I have (€120 extra).

    I have to ring them back after 2 today.

    They have already charged my laser card the initial €150.
    Plus its gettting tight to the Germany game and i'll need it by then so can't be messing around.
    Can they do this? Its clear its an error with their booking website
