repairs: Seafox 18.5foot

Hi there,
Does anyone know whats the best way to go about fixing:

- Hand rail by the bow of the boat broke - long metal rail about 2.5foot
- The metal clip at the end of the winch ripped of the material
- The head rest at the back seat of the boat has a circular metal clip lock that goes onto the material of the head rest - and onto the boat.. the fitting on the head rest has broken off

hopeing to suss it out to repair as cheap as possible!
kinda annoying letting these things slip - boats deteriorate quickly with lots of use!

Sea conditions still as rough as f*ck today! hairy out there on the water today - local fisherman advised to always give it a couple of days after a storm to let the sea calm down!!! i would have thought once the wind drops its all good! massive swell

Any upholstery place should be able to make up new straps and cushion just buy new fasteners, as for the hand rail I use http://www.eweengineering.com/ he is very good at welding stainless steel and hiding the weld something your local welder may not be able to do he can also make you a new one if needed and is quite cheep.
Winch cable can sometimes work it's way out of a knot, stick a few of these on it to be sure to be sure
