@Okane & 2old4thecold, I'd say you'd have no problem hitting 400+. Having one of those weeks....Feel like a sack of spuds in water...Just cant get going.

ps- your maths is decidedly dodgy looking, or is there a third alternative to pool and open water that i don't know about

@madm, 6.3ft with monkey arms!! Its just down to years of competitive swimming at an Irish and somewhat international (college Celtic Nations) level.
