I mentioned in another thread that I have been reading (actually already read) The Fleury's book this past weekend. If you are a fan of the NHL/and know anyone who has ever been touched by abuse/addiction, this book will speak to you.

It really is something to read. He talks about alot of games that I still vividly remember dating back to the 1989 Stanley Cup Finals. His struggles dating back to his childhood through his career in hockey and finally getting clean/sober and playing in Belfast for the Giants.

I got a chance to meet Theo and his then 'fiancee' during his short stint with the Blackhawks. I remember watching Theo walking around as if he were 'shadow boxing ghosts'. He goes on to explain exactly why he was in this condition.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
