not as long as it was last summer, but its still reasonably long.

What do these castings involve exactly? Is it solely based on your appearance or does in involve some sort of interview. I finish my leaving on the 13th of june so would be looking for some kind of job, so whats the routine pay for work like this?

not much caeser, you spend alot of time hanging around, or waiting for calls for when your needed.
its not steady kind of work, you might only get 3/4 days out of it, on the other hand you might get alot more...

Well even as a side job it wouldnt be too bad, theres no way i'm working as barman again this summer. I want to be on the other side of the bar this time round.

I wouldnt even mind just lingering about in the background, like the little guy in the picure below.

Popped in yesterday after school with a couple friends. Apparently they're looking for 1000 extras, which includes 650 for a battle scene. I was easily the tallest mofo there, but there was some hairy competition. You fill in a form with your details then they measure you and take a single photograph against a height indicator backdrop.

woad dye is blue. Woad warriors painted themselves in this stuff - hence the name. They're related to an irish equivalent whom they stemmed from. A friend of mine who knows all about ancient celtic history told me the name but I don't know how to spell it

Sounds like "peekt" warriors.
