Why is Israel allowed to butcher Gaza?

    Why is Israel allowed to butcher Gaza, without any punishment at all soldiers beat and kill indiscriminately and yet there inst a peep out of the international community,

    The US got all up in arms about Terrorism yet they are actively funding "Moderate Terrorists" in Syria and Israels extermination of Gaza, i watched a video today of Israelis beating and holding down a man, while a non uniformed masked man casually strolled up and knee capped him with a pistol nothing said.

    Why arent these people punished there boarderline encouraged to act like animals with out any regard for right or wrong or human life.

    It seems like its ok to be a Terrorist so long as you are terroising the right people in the eyes of the west...it truly is a ****ed up world we live in!

    That was the West Bank.

    The short answer is that they are an ally of a superpower and thus enjoy protection diplomatically, most importantly at UNSC level. Your last paragraph is true, if applied to the world in general, not just the West.

    When you own so many shares in the world banks and have a big say in how the media is run you can basically do whatever you want... Plus the Israel- Palestine conflict is like rich vs poor. So the other rich nations side with Israel because thats how the elitist mindset works is whats in it for me.

    Ive never understood why this conflict is so fascinating to the west and not similar conflicts like kashmire for instance.

    Quite the opposite is true. The most minor bit of violence in Gaza or the West Bank is all over the news. Unfortunately, Israel is by far the most humane nation in the region
