Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    some of my data from 2 years ago
    180rpm on the road (15 seconds)
    220rpm on gym bike (5 seconds)

    200 exactly on a wattbike in a 10sec power test 2 years ago, a current irish national rider got 205 but I had higher torque so my peak power was higher :D although it means nothing, i was never so happy in all my life
