    I think you need to post the serial number, it should be something like M003434

    Hi,sorry,thanks for the reply,that is all that comes up when I press 1 and 6,nothing happens,when I press 2 and 5,there's no handbook or anything in the car,so I don't know where else to find the serial number ðŸ˜

    youll need to take the radio out to get the serial number

    You will not get code from serial no. Look for professional radio decoder in area where you live.

    You are a saint :) what kind of sorcery do you use my local ford dealer could not tell me that as they said I quote "radio or car must be an import so I dunno what you can do other than get another radio"
