Line-of-sight to 4G tower

Hi, This is a picture of my line of site to the nearest 4G enabled tower to my house in France. Will that large hill in front of me (my house is on the left) make all 4G (800MHz, 1800MHz and 2600MHz) impossible? Thanks for any help!

Hi,

Secondly, is there a device which can show me what signal (if any) is available on my site. I'm talking about all frequencies and all technologies (4G, 3G, 2G)?
