Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I was just thinking this morning I really admire your dedication to workout at home, I find it much harder to motivate myself to go up to my room and workout than go to the gym. But I'm doing it!

    great stuff. Its great when u start to see actual results.

    Im doing the P90X myself. Finding it tough. Some exercise are really tough.
    Ab Ripper(Leg climb) is tough as hell.

    Ive started a youtube page,and im gonna be doing a weekly video on how im gettin on etc.

    Size 8! Go on you!!

    I was just thinking this morning I really admire your dedication to workout at home, I find it much harder to motivate myself to go up to my room and workout than go to the gym. But I'm doing it!

    Thanks DCD! Probably be the one one and only time :D I know my size and shape isn't really a size 8. I'm very happy being a size 10 once I'm fit, strong and toned - working on all of those and getting rid of the 'jiggly' bits. I have to say this week is tough working out with the kids around - I normally fit it into the work routine (very early or late) so I can see why you find it tough not going to the gym. Still whatever works!! I've been a bit bold on the food front this week. Too much temptation - I'm such a carbaholic :o How you stay paleo I don't know - super self-control!!

    Wednesday- P90x Shoulders & Arms & Insanity Cardio Abs

    I'm off down the country for the rest of the week so will have to miss a few days. Lots of walks instead (in between wine and Easter eggs :D:D)

    Phew! Long time no update! Have been very lazy about it.....

    Anyway I've been doing P90x and have decided to stop. Gave it a good go but it definitely isn't for me - at the moment anyway. So I started a new strength programme today. I'm following Frankoman's Dumbbell only Split (from Muscle & Strength). I like the layout and it seems easy to follow and is aimed at people who workout from home . Today was Chest & Triceps using dumbbells, bar and bench. 3 days a week and cardio (Insanity) 3 days too. I can hardly type I'm so sore at the moment - in a good way though :)

    I've fallen off the wagon a bit the last couple of months and neglected this log. Workouts have been a bit hit and miss and eating habbits have slipped a bit :-( Anyway back at it again and had a great day today. Logged food, drank my water and did Fire 30 & Burn Circuit 1 from Chalean Extreme / Turbofire hybrid. Fingers crossed I keep going with both routine and log (Dotcomdolly will kill me if I don't!! ).
