I usually have about 3 a week myself (whole eggs) and always buy free range Organic.

Thanks for that link, a very good article.
It explains alot to me anyway.And probably why i have found i burn through so much fat, even though i am always eating. That study on the men doing a keto diet was nice to read to. Im trying to keep to a keto diet and had been eating something like 6 eggs a day average. I was worrying there wasnt enough fat in them, but that aside i wasnt sure if i was getting too much protein from thm or cholesterol. I feel a bit more confident and its convinced me to try set money aside for free range eggs. I have noticed a big difference in yolk colour.The cheap ones are a really pale yellow and dont look that healthy. |

I used to eat abt 4 every morn....till I came out in a rash all over my body after 6 months...have 5 every second day now and no problems.
P.S I read that the cholesterol studies were all done by all the large cereal firms so....... |
