    Today:

    6 miles @ 8.35

Pheeew i was blowing for this. Was really mild and i was over dressed and it was a struggle. Few niggly bits in legs. Did some foam rolling and myrtle after.

Great to get the 9 mile in there. Finally starting to get back to longer runs. Typically i ran it way too fast though. Something to work on.

The 3 miles i did @ 7.06 pace is pretty much PB territory really so im delighted with that. Would prefer to be running a bit more but over all im moving in the right direction so I'm not going to stress about it. Lost a bit of weight too.

    Saturday 5/03

10k @ Runamuck down in Kildare. Great laugh. No idea of time. Mostly jogging but still a decent work out in its own way!!¬

    7/03
    6.5 miles @ 9.15 pace.

    Tonight:

4 miles. (Idea was a warm up about 8 min mile, two miles at 45 min ten k pace and then a warm down at 8 min pace also. Tough work!!

    Splits as follows:
    7.52, 7.08, 7.14, 8.02

Been pretty bad updating this of late. I find its good for accountability in general so ill try to get back into the habit. Not much structured training going on.

Thinking of giving sub 45 a crack in the Great Ireland Run. Thats the reaosning behind the 2 miles at 7.15ish pace tonight. It would be a strecth to say the least but its good to have a goal!!

Mad busy in work these days so the running has been keeping me sane as much as anything else!!

Weight has come down too and ive been doing stretching and foam rolling as much as possible. Every little helps.

Tues 3.5 miles 9 min mile pace

    Wed 3.5 miles 8.53 pace

    Today 6.5 miles 8.46 pace

Been struggling all week with swollen gland. Lacking in energy etc so two runs midweek were just getting some miles in. Today was a bit better feel wise but still not feeling great.

At physio mid week. Lot of good stretches learned. Hitting the tight spots well so will try keep that going consistently.
