Ok, i'm not a big egg fan but I think I make reasonably good scrambled eggs.

eggs in a bowl and whisk them realy well,

add salt, white pepper and chives.

add to a hot pan and stirr constantly with a whisk.

as the eggs begin to cook through add butter and cream, take off the heat and continue to whisk.

    Serve and eat :D

I know there has been a lot of replies to this but I just had to add this recipe. I was given it a few years ago and it makes the most amazing scrambled eggs:
Boil about 1/2 a cup of milk.
Whisk two eggs in a bowl.
Take the milk off the heat and mix the eggs in.
Return the saucpan to a low heat and cook till still sticky looking.
    Eat and enjoy.
Best of all you add no fat!

    2 people = 6 eggs
whisk eggs lightly in bowl. about 4-5 secs. add 1/2/cup milk
melt 3 oz. butter in saucepan
add mixture and turn down heat.
Keep on low heat. The more butter the better.
    Tasty.
    Make tea n toast.
No sun dried tomatoes or any other pfaff.
